Health Social Health Orientation Center (SHOC)
The Social Health Orientation Center (SHOC) is a project of care, coordination, and orientation for beneficiaries of temporary protection who have fled the war in Ukraine and stay in the Brussels Capital Region.
The Social Health Orientation Center (SHOC) provides support and coordinates actions in the following areas:
- Finding and appointing a family doctor based on the place of residence,
- Scheduling appointments with medical specialists,
- Support and assistance from mobile teams in the areas of translations, social protection, and mental health,
- Orientation to partner organizations providing cultural and social support,
- Access to valuable information about medical and/or psychological assistance available in the Brussels Region,
- Detailed information to ensure integration into the Belgian healthcare system,
- Facilitating access to social assistance,
- Legal and family consultations,
- Protection of victims of family and sexual violence,
- First health check-up,
- Medical consultation with a therapist in crisis situations.

RECEPTION HOURS: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:30 (last entry at 17:00).
Group mental health meetings operate until 20:00 (as per the schedule).

Dear Ukrainians and friends of the center's community,
We are pleased to invite you to the new Ukrainian Voices RC community center, located at 89 rue de la Loi, 1040 Bruxelles.
Our centre is a meeting place for the Ukrainian community in the heart of Brussels.
We have created a space where everyone can share their culture, experience and knowledge and get a lot of useful and important information about Belgium, and its:
🔸 housing rentals;
🔹 education system;
🔸 Healthcare system;
🔹 Social security system;
🔹 Find answers to questions about how to find a job and start a business;
🔸 get support for mental health.
The Center is open Monday - Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00.

Extension of Temporary Protection until March 4, 2025

According to the decision of the Council of the European Union from October 19, 2023, temporary protection has been extended until March 4, 2025, for individuals displaced due to the conflict in Ukraine.
You can apply for the renewal starting from January 4, 2024, at the municipality. This new A card will be valid until March 4, 2025. If the new A card cannot be issued before March 4, 2024, an annex 15 will be prepared. If you receive a temporary protection certificate after January 4, 2024, an A card will be issued, valid until March 4, 2025.

Brussels International Academy of Music (BRIMA), with the support of the Ukrainian Embassy in the Kingdom of Belgium and the municipal administration of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, invites you to a charity concert in support of the first mobile hospital in Ukraine.

All proceeds from the evening will go towards funding the first mobile hospital in Ukraine.
On stage, CAMERATA BRIMA TRIO and soloists.
The line-up will include Ukrainian classical, European and folk music.
Admission is free; you can also choose to pay whatever you wish. All proceeds will go to the mobile hospital, and the reception afterwards will be free of charge.
Reservations are required.

Sport - Games Of Heroes

Ukrainian Armed Forces veterans will participate in the «Games of Heroes» international competition co-organized by Promote Ukraine and NATO.
Veterans with severe injuries and active military personnel from various NATO countries and Ukraine will meet on the sports field.
They will demonstrate their skills in three categories of functional fitness: strength, endurance, and speed.

The Royal Museums of Fine Arts opens an exhibition dedicated to Ukrainian modernist art of the first decades of the 20th century.
The exhibition is called "In the Eye of the Storm" and highlighs a range of artistic styles and diverse cultural identities.
It features over sixty works, most of which are on loan from the National Art Museum of Ukraine (NAMU) and the Museum of Theatre, Music and Cinema of Ukraine.
The exhibition brings together the works of such artists as Kazimir Malevich, Oleksandra Ekster, El Lisytsky, Oleksandr Bogomazov, Sara Shor, and Mykhailo Boychuk, who left a significant mark on the country's art and culture.

Pavlo Cherniavskyi is a pianist from Kharkiv, who moved to Brussels earlier this year. His quartet will play a selection of original compositions and jazz classics, as well as a fresh take on Ukrainian folk music.
Cherniavskyi gathered an international group of musicians with a fun, alternative programme to raise money for people inside Ukraine displaced by the war.
