Pour toutes celles qui rêvent depuis longtemps d’apprendre l’art de la danse orientale, nous avons une grande nouvelle : le 14 septembre, nous invitons toutes les jeunes filles âgées de 15 à 70 ans à la première leçon d’initiation !

Ce n’est pas seulement de la danse, c’est un art qui allie le mouvement, l’émotion et l’harmonie. Chaque mouvement de la danse orientale contribue à améliorer la condition physique, à accroître la souplesse, à renforcer les muscles et à développer la coordination. SHOС: Group of “Survival strategies for adolescents” | SHOС: “Стратегії виживання для підлітків”

Groups providing psychological support for teenagers in the community center aim to create a safe environment where adolescents can feel supported by their peers and professional psychologists.

These groups focus on specific topics such as stress, depression, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and more. Each group has its own specificity, allowing teenagers to discuss and understand their issues within the context of shared experiences.

They are designed for teenagers experiencing difficult situations such as loss of a loved one, parental divorce, relocation, or any other personal crises.

At each group meeting, teenagers of different ages and with different needs usually participate. Shared experiences and support contribute to the development of internal resilience and psychological well-being among participants.

Групи психологічної підтримки для підлітків у ком’юніті центрі
Ці групи створені для того, щоб створити безпечне середовище, де підлітки можуть відчути підтримку своїх ровесників та професійних психологів. Ці групи фокусуються на конкретних темах, таких як стрес, депресія, міжособистісні відносини, самооцінка тощо. Кожна група має свою специфіку, що дозволяє підліткам обговорювати та розуміти свої проблеми в контексті спільних досвідів. Ці групи призначені для підлітків, які переживають складні ситуації, такі як втрата близької людини, розлучення батьків, переїзд, або будь-які інші особисті кризи.
