We invite you to a binary presentation: “Depression. Screening, support, guidance”.
It is useful for people aged 18 who want to differentiate their condition in order to be referred to specialists in time, if appropriate symptoms and needs are identified, or to help themselves and their loved ones on their own. Depression is manifested by apathy, loss of energy, unwillingness to do anything, and decreased activity. Understanding this already provides partial relief, as people gain certainty and get rid of the myths associated with depressive disorder.
